Menara Shell consists of a 33-storey stratified office tower together with a 5-storey podium and a 4-storey basement carpark. This building is designed with energy efficiencies and green features, and has been accorded LEED platinum certification. In addition, it is also accredited with MSC Malaysia Status which is one of the requirements by many multinational and local corporates. Features at Menara Shell include a Thermal Energy Storage System, which will use rain water and the environment’s temperature to regulate the internal temperature of the building.
